We are happy to guide customers to the right products. Emails are responded to fastest, and our primary means of contact for product compatibility and recommendations.

Order Delivery times: 
Most items ship out within 2 UK working days if they're in stock. We use insured couriers only, who deliver UK Mainland within 72 hours. The total elapsed time from placing an order to receiving it can be up to 4 working days in the UK. For USA/Canada: 4-6 Days. Japan, Australia, Middle East: 5-8 days.

Pre-Orders & stock: Sometimes products need to be ordered in, to complete your order. We'll let you know by email with our best delivery estimate. Bear in mind that most Astronomy equipment is made in small quantities and often ordered from overseas. Some products are made to order and this is displayed on the website. For products requiring payment in advance, we'll discuss this with you, or it will be shown as "Pre-order" with a delivery estimate.
