TS-Optics Adapter from M63x1 to M48 thread
This short adapter is needed wherever an M63 female thread is connected to adapters or photographic accessories. Using additional adapters you can also adapt the M63a-M48a to focusers with other connection threads. Additionally, a 2" filter can be integrated into the system, a suitable filter thread is available at the telescope side.Application areas of the M63a-M48a adapter:
♦ Adaptation of M48 accessories to focusers with the M63x1 internal thread. With only 3 mm effective overall length you save valuable optical path. You can also screw in a 2" filter.
♦ Adapter to connect 2" correctors without clamps. The adapter is screwed into the focuser and the corrector is connected to the M48 female thread at the telescope side. The adapter is ideally suited to connect the TSFLAT2 corrector to the telescope. In this case the optically effective length is 6.5 mm.
♦ Short M48 adapter for the small Riccardi Reducer # RIREDM63 with screw-in possibility for 2" filters. The effective length is only 3 mm.
